Hello, I’m Pablo and after spending the last 30 years supplying people with good times through music, I’ve decided to use Chocolate too.
I fell into this by accident after being introduced to pure "raw" Cacao at a friend’s birthday party, it quite simply blew my mind. I needed to find out more and after much sampling, the magic it held became apparent. The difference between the texture and flavour of an artisan chocolate bar and this healthy euphoric alternative seemed so huge, I started my quest to bridge the gap.
A few books and plenty of practice combined with some machinery and tuition from experts in the industry have led to the range of bars which I’m happy with and I hope you will be too.
