Raw Chocolate Tasting & Making with Bonbon in Manchester


Join Forever Cacao for an interactive evening of chocolate tasting & decadent indulgence. Learn about the process and ethos behind raw chocolate, and how you can create raw chocolate desserts at home.

About the event
Guests will enjoy a tea & coffee reception on arrival before being transported to the mountains of Peru to learn about the journey of Forever Cacao’s single origin cocoa beans.
Chief at Forever Cacao, Pablo Spaull, will guide attendees through the raw chocolate process, and his own journey of discovery sourcing a sustainable cocoa supply with an indigenous tribe in Peru. Pablo will demonstrate how raw chocolate can be used in some delicious desserts, and attendees will have the chance to get their hands mucky making raw chocolate brownies.

The session will close with a Q & A, and guests will leave with some chocolates to enjoy at home.

Please note, as Bonbon Boutique has limited space, the tasting event will be held in Teacup on Thomas St.
